How to Join Trials and Challenges in Almeida Racing Academy

The only Challenges that are selectable are our Academy Trials and Current Season Weekly Challenges. Old challenges will be deleted.

How to Join Challenges League

Navigate to iRacing Dashboard.

Click "Leagues"

Click "Find a League"

Click the "Search league name or ID" field.

Type "11283" or "ARA"

Click "Search"

If you cannot find the league. Let us know on Discord and we will send you an invite

Click "ARA - Challenges & Trials"

Click "Apply to League"

Click "Apply to league"

After applying, go our discord. Find Channel "Applied to Challenges League". And let us know you applied so we can accept you faster. Being accepted requires manual effort by staff. It isn't automatic.

How to Start a Trial or Challenge

**To Start a Supported Challenge.**\ \ Click the ARA Challenges League.

Click "Sessions"

Click "View Session" on teh Challenge you want to do.

Click "Test Drive". \ \ No need to make any adjustments. Its all pre-setup.

Click "Test Drive" again on the popup. (Update your iRacing if needed)

The only Challenges that are selectable are our Academy Trials and Current Season Weekly Challenges. Old challenges will be deleted.

How to Track your Challenges

Only Gold and Platinum Members will have full access to all the challenges and trials. Free Members are limited to a certain amount of Trials.

In order to have automatic tracking, you must have an iRacing account and connect your Garage 61 account to our Academy site.

Go to your [Account Page](https://almeidaracingacademy.com/account)

Click on Link Garage 61. *(If you previously linked, you may need to disconnect and relink Garage 61)*

You will need to login or create a Garage 61 account. Once you do, you can click **Authorize.**

After Authorizing, it will take about **15 minutes** for your role to sync to Garage 61 and give you the permissions you need. You can verify if you received pro on your [**G61 Account page**](https://garage61.net/app/account)

After getting access, you will have the ability to view our Datapacks and Training plans for each challenge. This is how our Training Plans look. [Found here](https://garage61.net/app/trainingplans)

You need to run Garage 61 agent while doing your challenges in iRacing for the tracker to pick up your attempts.

Datapacks are attached to each Challenge.

In each Datapack, you can find the Replay files, Ghost Files (if available), and the ability to view our coach's telemetry.
