How to Launch Your ALEX Conversation

Click "URLs / Publish"

Click "Benefits Counselor / ALEX Go"

Double check the number of eligible employees is accurate. This number is what your invoice will be based off.

Click "Launch"

If this message appears that means there is missing information in your configuration. Navigate to the teal arrows in your configuration to see what still needs to be filled in and then head back here to Launch again.

Once all your information has been completed and you hit "Launch", a message with your invoice will appear.

If all looks good, you'll hit Launch and will be shown this message. Your launched link will be sent directly to your email address within a few minutes and be live for employees!

Tip! If you need to make any changes after you already hit "Launch", no problem! You'll make any edits you need and then hit "Relaunch" so any changes sync up to your live link. The URL will remain the same, the content will just refresh, so no need to send the link off each time you make a change! You will not get invoiced for relaunching unless you were to increase the eligible employee count.
