How to open the booking engine in RoomRaccoon

Click on the "Booking Engine" module.

Scroll down and click on the "Book" button.

The booking engine will then be opened.

You can use your website's URL at the top of your Booking Engine screen.

How to use the "book" button?

When you implement this button on your website, and a guest clicks on it, the booking engine will be opened in a new window. In this new window, the guest can enter the desired dates and then view the offer of the available hotel rooms during this period. Your web designer can create a button, or you can use the one that RoomRaccoon provides. To use the latter:

Choose the colour.

Click on the Copy Widget.

The widget's code is now copied, and you (or your web designer) can paste it on your website.

How to use a date picker on your website

It is also possible to use our "check availability" widget. With this, a website visitor selects the desired data on the hotel's website (not in the booking engine).

When someone enters the desired data (on the hotel website) and clicks the "check availability" button, the available hotel rooms in the new window are immediately shown based on these desired dates.
