How to Lock Portal Access?

Log into the Admit Portal

Go to "Tenant Management" dropdown on the Left Navigation

Click on "Tenant"

Choose the tenant that you want to Lock for the portal access & click on the tenant name

On the "Tenant Details" page, in the upper right corner,you will see an "Unlocked Padlock' beside the Tenant Portal. Click on that

Click "Yes, Submit" to finish up the process
