How to Log In to the Parking Permit Management System - Other Affiliates

This tutorial is for Other Affiliates* who have previously purchased parking from Stanford Transportation using the Online Ordering Portal. Follow this tutorial to log in to the Parking Permit Management System the first time using 'Forgot password?'. *Other Affiliates includes temporary employees, vendors, vendors' employees, contractors, and travel nurses that are not sponsored by Stanford University, Stanford Health Care, and Stanford Children's Health.

Navigate to [permitparking.stanford.edu](https://stanford.aimsparking.com/login/index.php)

Under the "Choose your affiliation:" heading select 'Other Affiliate'. Click 'Forgot password?' *Note: You should use the forgot password if you purchased parking permit from Stanford Transportation prior to 6/19/24 in the Online Ordering Portal.*

Enter your 'Email Address\*' you previously used to purchase permits from Stanford Transportation and Click 'Reset Password'. Check your email and follow the steps to reset your password and log in to purchase or manage your parking permit.
