How to Make Online Payments

This guide provides step by step instructions to pay CVSD and school fees or add funds to students' account, such as nutrition services payments. Please note payments may only be made through the web version of PowerSchool; it is not available in the PowerSchool App.

Start on the Central Valley School District website: cvsd.org.

Click "Student & Parent Resources"

Click "Payments Online"

Click on the PowerSchool Sign In button.

Enter your user name and password for PowerSchool. Click "Sign In".

Click "Purchases and Payments" from the menu.

Click on the student for whom you wish to make a payment.

Click on the fee you wish to pay or add an amount to an account.

Click on checkout.

Double check all the fees and amounts, then click on Checkout.

Enter your card information.

Click "Pay"

Note - If you are accessing PowerSchool on your phone browser, the menu to find "Purchases and Payments" may be hidden or collapsed.

Click on the small arrow in the upper left to to expand the menu.

Under Navigation, scroll to find "Purchases and Payments".

Click "Purchases and Payments"

Please note that "Purchases and Payments" is not available in the PowerSchool App.
