Navigate to ["My Orders"](https://market.aestheticrecord.com/my-orders/)

Select the Order>Request Warranty
Note: Some sellers on Aesthetic Record Marketplace do not offer Warranties. This is determined by the Seller, and therefore you must submit a Support Ticket to initiate a return.

Click "Get Support"

Fill out the information regarding the return in the Message Area.
Note: Once the Seller has received the Support Ticket they will reach out to you. Please keep in mind that this can take 24-72 hours, and once the return is initiated you will be notified.
