How to Make a Payment for an Application on TTBizLink

This user guide explains how to make a payment for an application on TTBizLink. It covers three payment modes: Online Payment, Offline Payment and Payment via Drawdown.

Navigating to Your Payment Bucket

All applications pending payment are accessible from the *Payment* bucket on your Dashboard. Click "Payment".

Click on the application's Reference Number link. Note the Payment Status of the application is "Pending Payment".

Navigate to *Payment Details* to view the amount to be paid. Several Payment Modes are available, including: **Online**, **Offline** and **Drawdown**.

Online Payment

Select "Online" from the dropdown list and click "Pay".

System will redirect to the Payment Gateway. Review the Order Summary and click "Pay".

Enter your credit card details and click "Confirm Payment".

Once the payment is successful, the payment confirmation will be displayed. Click "Print" to download a PDF copy of your receipt. Click "here" to return to the application.

A success message is displayed and the Payment Status is updated to "Paid online".

Navigate to *Payment History* to view details of your payment.

Offline Payment

Select "Offline" from the dropdown list.

Enter any additional information required then click "Save & Submit"

A success message is displayed and the Payment Status is updated to "Offline Payment to Confirm".

Navigate to *Payment History* to view details of your payment.

Note: Applications with a Payment Status of "Offline Payment to Confirm," are submitted to the agency for processing.\ \ Once the agency accepts the payment, the Payment Status will update to "Paid Offline." \ \ If the agency does not accept the payment, the Payment Status will update to "Payment Queried," and the application will be returned to the applicant. The applicant can then resubmit the payment using any available payment mode.

Drawdown Payment

Select "Drawdown" from the dropdown list.

The *Balance Credit Amount* (or *Current Balance*) is displayed and reflects the *Current Balance* **before** the payment is applied. \ \ The *Balance Credit Amount* must be greater than the *Total Fee Amount* to proceed with this payment option.

Click "Save & Submit".

A success message is displayed and the Payment Status is now updated to "Paid Credit Benefit".

Navigate to *Payment History* to view details of the payment.

Click "Exit"
