**How to Control Sending Medical Events to P1 During Visit Completion** When completing a patient visit in Hyggio, the option to send a medical event to the P1 system is determined by both the study configuration and the actions taken during the visit. If your trial is configured with the **“User decision”** setting (found under Trial > Settings > eSource > Send P1 medical events), you will see a switch allowing you to choose whether or not to send a medical event to P1 at the end of the visit. - **If no ePrescription or eReferral has been issued during the visit:**\ The switch for sending the medical event to P1 is enabled and set to “on” by default. You may choose to turn it off if you decide not to send the event for this particular visit. - **If an ePrescription or eReferral has been added to the visit:**\ The switch becomes locked in the “on” position and is no longer editable. Sending the medical event to P1 is required in this case and cannot be skipped.
