How to Manage a Nonconformity (Root Cause Analysis) if You Don't Have a Sponsor

This guide will help you to manage/complete your nonconformity if you don't have a sponsor or if your sponsors don't use the PTP nonconformity tool.

Ptpscheme

Navigate to <https://ptpscheme.com/en/home>

Click "Nonconformities"

Click on the nonconformity you want to complete.

Click "Submit feedback"

Fill in the different fields and/or upload your own nonconformity form. Click "Submit" to validate.

The status of your nonconformity is now "Submitted". As the system doesn't expect the answer from the sponsor, you can directly click "Close".

Click "Confirm" to validate your choice.

Your nonconformity status is now "Closed".
