Accessing CBT Submissions and Scores

Log into your school portal as an admin or a teacher

Click "E-Class"

Click "CBT"

Click "CBT Schedules"

Click "View Schedule"

Click the actions button next to an already taken exam

Click "View Submissions"

Ensure to switch to the "Submissions/Scores" tab (if not already there).\ \ For any student's submission you want to review, click "Review Submission" to open and review the answer script

Manually grading the theory and subjective question answers.

While Reviewing the questions, to grade the theory part of the questions click on the Manual Scoring Icon as shown in this image.

Input the score you determined that the student obtained in that question, based on the answer they submitted/provided. \ It must not be more than the assigned mark for the question.

Click the "Save" icon to save.

Click "Done" when you are done grading.

Pushing CBT scores to Result Grade Book

Select all the student scores you would like to upload

Select the score division (assessment) you would like the score to be used for. \ (e.g. Mid Term Test, etc. - this may be different based on your school's configure assessments/score divisions)

Click "Upload Scores to Results Grade Book"

If you have uploaded or inputted any scores to that grade book before now, you will get this notification message for you to confirm if you want to overwrite existing scores. Respond/Confirm as necessary.\ If no scores previously existed, then your scores will be pushed automatically.

Exporting CBT Scores into various file formats (Excel, CSV, Doc)

Click "Export List" at the top-left of the scores list

Select the file format you want and the scores will be exported to a file for storage on your computer/device.

Publishing CBT Answer Scripts (for students & parents to access)

**NOTE:** To publish an exams Answer Script, you have to make sure that the exams have been stopped/ended before the button to publish answer script can be shown to you. Proceed to click the "Publish Answer Script" button at the top-right of the scores list.

Select "Publish" in the Published Status dropdown

You can choose to show the correct answer to each question to students in the scripts or not.

Optionally, you can set the answer script to be viewed with a Require Scratch Card PIN

Click "Publish"

Click "Close" when you are done.
