Click "Members"

Click "Search Members"

Click Add.

Fill in your members details

Create Username
This will be what your member logs in with, if your site accepts email only, an email address will need to go here.

Select Status

By approving your member, you can send their password to their email address.

Or generate a password and share

Select a Sales Region

Manage users download permissions

The number of downloads can be limited

If required, add Member Group here

If the Member Group download settings override the user settings, it will be shown here.

The member will then be listed in Member page
