How to Mass Print SDE Parent QR Code Survey Letters

Tip! To select all eligible grade levels for Climate Survey you can search, "Grade_Level>2"

Caution: It is not recommended to attempt to print more than 100 students in a batch, as this may cause errors with the QR Code.

After selecting the current student selection, select the dropdown to find "Mass Print a Student Screen"

Select the "SDE Parent Survey Letter" option.

For *Custom Student Header* insert, "\~(student_number)"

Click "Submit"

You will then see letters, or emails, populated for your current student selection.

By adjusting the font size you can assure your letter fits one page for printing purposes. When you are ready to print a physical copy of the letter, select "Print." Alternatively, you may save the letter as a PDF and email it to parents. Please choose the option that best suits the needs of your school's parents.
