How to Navigate the Ingestion Manager

Head to Import > Ingestion Manager

Using the search options on the left hand side, you can also check the status of previous ingestions.

This tab allows you to see all ingestions and highlights the status
Ingestion Status

[[Completed]] The album has been ingested successfully and is appearing in the designated Label folder under Music > All Music.

**[[Processing]]** The album is being processed.

[[Action Required]] Our encoder is unable to read the file and create other formats.

When Action is Required, you can expand the album to identify where the error lies. If you click through to 'Error' a message will appear detailing the issue.

To resolve, we recommend remastering the files in the failed albums. Select all the .WAV files and artwork and re-upload the files. Once complete it will re-process.

If you decide you no longer wish to work on and ingest this album you can select [[Reject Album]]

**[[Rejected]]** User has selected to remove the album from completing the ingestion process.
