How to Open a PS Temp Order in Avionte

Navigate to [https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/](https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/)

On the search bar located on the top right of the page, search for the company you need to open the order for.

Click on the company you are searching for.

On the company profile click on the contacts tab on the ribbon.

On the contacts select the appropriate location for the job.

Click "Create Job"
Alert! If you don't see the manager skip to step 9

Under "Manager" select the manager for the order

Click the manager's name
Alert! If the manager is already in Avionte skip to step 17

If the manager is not listed in the options, on the right click "New"

Click "New"

Type the manager's information

Click the drop down under status and select active.

Type the managers phone number
Alert! Every action you do in Avionte will ALWAYS default to your name.

Type the sales rep name under "reps" for the new manager you are adding

Click "AAA House"

Type the title of the manager,

Click "Submit"
Alert! Once you have finished selecting or creating the manager move to the job details tab

Select the worksite address where the employees will be reporting to.
Alert! If the jobsite is not listed. You MUST make Gaby aware that there is a new location for workers comp purposes.

Under workers comp code select the workers comp that is associated with the job.
Tip! A cheat sheet will be provided for clients that use more than workers comp code

Click the "Start Date" and select the start date of the order

Under "Available Positions" type the quantity of true positions available.

Under "Target Pay Rate" type the pay rate. This is the pay rate that will reflect when candidates are added to the order

By clicking "apply markup percentage" it will generate the bill rate with the mark up added.

You can also manually type the bill rate and the mark up will calculate by itself

Alert! YOU MUST ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THIS FIELD. THIS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY PUT THE BRANCH THAT YOU BELONG TO. IF IT DOESN'T THEN SELECT IT. FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU ARE CREATING A JOB FOR THE JACKSONVILLE BRANCH MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THAT BRANCH.

Click this dropdown and select the branch where the order belongs to.

Under job owners, add yourself and the onboarding specialist that you are working with.
Alert! The sales rep will ALWAYS default to your name. please always double check this field and add AAA House.

Click this dropdown and select the sales rep for this company.

If the order is coming for a VMS or ManageRight, under Job ID type the order # from the VMS provider

Type the job title followed by the city and state.

Under Job Note, please type the job description.

Click this dropdown.

Under "Send a Notification Email to" type the persons name you would like to alert.

Click "Go to___________Job" to view the job you have just created
