How to: Order Horse Management and Riding Resources

This step by step guide shows how to purchase Horse Management and Riding resources from Introductory through to Level 2. The steps 1-4 are the same for all Horse Management and Riding Modules. This process is for members who have no Recognised Prior Learning (RPL).

Navigate to your EA Profile

Click the "Coaches Tab"

Click "Add, Renew or Upgrade your Membership"

Click "Coaching Prerequisites"

Click "Riding"

Or Click "Horse Management"

Select the "No" option in the RPL drop down (RPL is for Recognised Prior Learning).

Select the "No" option in both drop down boxes if selecting both resources.

The steps to follow are the same for all Horse Management and Riding Modules with no Recognised Prior Learning approved. **Step 1** - Order your Resources **Step 2** - Find a Coach Educator on the Coach Search **Step 3** - Upload your Assessment Checklist when completed **Step 4** - Claim your Certificate

Follow the prompts to order the resources, either Horse Management or Riding, you can order these both at the same time.

Click "Add More"

Click the + sign to add resources to your order

Click "Add & continue" to add more resources to your order

Click "Add More" to add different or more resources to your order

Click the + sign to add more resources to your order

Click "Proceed to Checkout"

Click "Pay with Card"

Complete card details as prompted and Click "Pay"

Click "Home" once you receive your order confirmation, you will also receive an email with your resources attached and an order summary.

Click "Coach Search page" to find a Coach Educator to Assess you

Click "Upload" your Assessment Checklist for Riding or Horse Management (in this case for Horse Management once it has been completed.

Click "Level 1 HM Assessment Slip 1-6" for the full Assessment Checklist or Individual Assessment Checklists as required, you can also filter qualifications such as Officials, Coaching etc to make them easier to find.

Click the "Coach Educator Name 1" field and complete.

Click the "Coach Educator EA Number 1" field and complete, o will need your Coach Educator number.

Click the "Coach Educator Name 2" field if applicable.

Click the "Coach Educator EA Number 2" field if applicable

To add in additional Coach Educators click the "+" button

Click the "Coach Educator Name" field as required

Click "Save"

Click "Drag file(s) here or click to upload" This is where you upload your assessment checklist.

Click "Save"

Your Assessment Checklists will show on your profile as pending until Approved by the Coaching Team

Click "Claim" your certificate once your Assessment Checklist has been approved by clicking the "Claim" button

Click "Save"

Once approved your certificate will show green

Level 1 Riding gives you Discipline specific options to choose from, you will need to tick the relevant box, then the drop down will show that specific pathway.

Click "Order the Level 1 Riding - Dressage workbooks" tick Dressage

Click "Order the Level 1 Riding - Show Horse workbooks" tick Show Horse

Click "Order the Level 1 Riding - General workbooks" tick General

The steps to follow are the same for all Horse Management and Riding Modules with no Recognised Prior Learning approved. **Step 1** - Order your Resources **Step 2** - Find a Coach Educator **Step 3** - Upload your Assessment Checklist **Step 4** - Claim your Certificate

Click "Finish" when you have completed the process, this can be found at the bottom of the page.

To access and find your certificates Click on your "PROFILE"

Click on Credentials

Find relevant qualification and click the field and it will show your certificate.

You can filter your credentials by Coaching Course, Coach Accreditation and Riding & Horse Management for easy access
