Click "Logistics"

Click "Material Orders"

Click "Order Request"

Click this dropdown and select LG Materials.

Click the "Search for User (CAPID or Name)" field and select yourself.

Click this text field and enter the ship to address (if not already populated).

Click this field and enter reason for request.

Click this text field and enter the qty that you need.

Click this button field and LG will ship the items to the address you entered.
