**How to Pay Your Application Fees**
CYD Programs are required to submit a $300 nonrefundable application fee per site (i.e. one application fee per application submitted).
After submitting the application within the MyCOA Portal, please render payment via one of the following payment methods:
1. **Credit Card.** If you are paying the application fee via credit card, please refer to "Step 2: Remit Application Fee", listed under Application Steps in your active cycle in the MyCOA Portal.
2. **Wire Transfer.** If you would like to complete a wire transfer, please use the following information to complete the transfer: Recipient: Social Current; Bank Name: BMO Harris Bank; Bank ABA Routing Number: 071000288; Bank Account Number: 31392185; and, Bank Address: 770 North Water Street Milwaukee, WI 53202. \

3. **Check.** Please make the check payable to Social Current and send it to the attention of Social Current, Inc., PO Box 88688, Milwaukee, WI 53288-8688.
4. **Third Party.** If a third party is paying for all or part of your application fee, please process your payment appropriately.
