How to "Pepper" (add) Readings on a Topic Page in VU Collaborate

Login to [VU Collaborate](https://vucollaborate.vu.edu.au/d2l/home) and navigate to your unit space, and then topic page.

Next to the page title, click the options menu.

Then select "Edit HTML" from the dropdown list

In Edit mode, place your cursor where you would like the reading to appear.

NOTE: To first remove a reading, place your cursor immediately after it and press **Backspace**.

Next, click the "Insert Stuff" icon from the editor toolbar

Then select "eReserve Plus - Resource Linking V1.3" from the dropdown list

From the reading list options, select the required delivery, in this example, "Delivery 2026"

Optionally you can select to expand all groups (or folders), to see all the readings.

Scroll down until you locate your reading, then tick to select.
**IMPORTANT: When selecting readings, scroll, don't search**, otherwise, when you add the reading, it will float to the top of the page above the banner!

Once you have selected your reading, scroll to the top of the page, and click **"Next"**

Then click "Create"

Preview your reading, then click "Insert"

Your reading will now be displayed on the topic page, when ready, click **"Save and Close"**

When students view the topic page, they will see the reading details and can click "**Open"** to access the reading.
