How to Photocopy Booklet on the New Printers

This guide provides a straightforward method for photocopying booklets using the latest printers, making the process quick and efficient.

Papercut

Place the booklet on the top feeder facing up

Tap your card on the printer

Once you are logged in, Tap on **Device Functions**

Tap on **Use Device Functions**

Tap **Copy**

Select the color options (**Auto Colour Select, Full Color Or Black & White**), Set the **quantity**, and leave the paper size to **Auto**.

Select **2 Sided-->2 Sided**

Scroll down and select **Finishing**

Click on **Staple**

Scroll down select **Centre**

Tab on **Start**

Select **Readable** **Direction** and Tab **Start**
