How to Place an Order Using the Customer Portal

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for navigating the customer portal to create and manage sales orders efficiently. Learn how to search for items, update order quantities, and process payments within the distribution system.

In your web browser go the the website ToGoPackaging.com

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Customer Portal"

Click Log-in

type your username (the cust id on the invocie)

and password (the last 4 digits of your username)

Click "Login"

Click "Sales Order" to place your order

Here, you can view your customer history

You can view images by of items clicking "Show Image?"

Click on the image to see the bigger picture

To place your order, input the quantity for each item

Click "Select"

wait for the "Processing data. Please do not refresh the page..." to finish

then Click "Close"

Now you can see your entire order.

Senario: Let's look at the Bleach. "I don't want 5 cases of bleach, I only need 5 gallons" Here is how to change that.

Double Click on the unit CS

Click on UOM

Select the unit you want

Click "Select"

and now the bleach has changed to 5 gallons

From this same page you can also view our entire catalog

Click "Search" to view all items

or search by category

Click "Search"

you change the view of the products here

when you finish selecting your items Click "Place Order"

a pop-up will appear that will tell you if it was successful or not.

now, lets say you forgot to add something to you order. That is no problem! Click "Home"

Click "Sales Order" and repeat the steps from the begining

"Receipts/Payments" will show you all current and past invoices. Payments are not available at this time

please do not make payments. any payments processed will be lost. we do not have access to process the payments
