How to Prepare Your Data

Before uploading your spreadsheet, make sure it meets all the following requirements. It's important that your data is complete and accurately reflects the information needed to fill your form.

**Row limit for free accounts** - If you're using a free account, your spreadsheet must have 50 data rows or fewer (plus the header row).

**Headers on every column** - The first row of your spreadsheet must contain headers for each column.

**All fillable PDF fields are included** - Make sure every field in your PDF that needs to be filled out is represented in your spreadsheet.

**No blank cells** - Every row in your spreadsheet (within row limit for free accounts) must have a value for each column. If any cell is blank, the signature form generator will stop and show an error.

**Valid email addresses** - Double-check that all email addresses are correctly formatted (e.g., [name@example.com ](mailto:name@example.com)).

**One email per signature field** - Every signature field in your PDF must have a corresponding email address column in the spreadsheet.

**Correct capitalization** - Use capitalization where it matters (e.g., names, titles, addresses).

**Accurate spacing** - Remove extra spaces between words or at the beginning/end of cells.
