Limologs

Work Order Access

Navigate to [https://backend.limologs.com/site/index](https://backend.limologs.com/site/index)

Click "Fleet"

Click "Work Orders"

Select the desired work order from the list

Invoice Management

Select the "3rd Party" tab

Click the "+" icon to add a new invoice

Click "Choose File" to upload your invoice

Click "AI Review"

Click "+ Use this name"

Click "Select vendor" to select from current list of vendors who performed the work.

If new vendor click "+ Add as new vendor"

Click "+ Add to mechanic notes"

Click "Upload"

Review and Completion

Select the "Overview" tab

Enter any additional notes in the notes field and click "Add Note" if desired

Click "Complete Work Order"

Click "OK" to confirm the work order was saved successfully
