When it is **un-published**, the website frontend will only be visible and accessible to admins that are logged in (i same browser where they're logged-on), but not to the general website visitors. Website visitors will rather be redirected to your portal login page.\

This could be useful while still working on the pages and contents of your website, with the plan to publish it when done - ensuring that your site is only accessible to the public when it's fully ready, while keeping it private for admins during development.
