How to Pull TTI Activity by Account from the OTBI Reporting Tool to Review GL Activity

In Oracle, select "Tools" from your home screen.

Select "Report and Analytics"

Click "Browse Catalog"

Navigate to "Shared Folders" then select "Expand" under the folder labeled "Custom"

Then "Expand" under "Financials"

"Expand" under "General Ledger"

Click "Expand" under "TTI Reports"

Click "Expand" under "TTI Activity by Account"

Click "Expand" under "TTI Activity by Account"

Select "US Ledger"

Select "(All Column Values)" under \* Branch

Select "1-2021." Click "Remove"

In the search field, type "2024 [[enter]]"

Select the period(s) you wish to review.

Click the arrow pointing to the right.

On the \* Natural Account, click "More/Search..."

Type the GL code for review.

Select the GL code desired.

Click the arrow pointing to the right

Click on accounts that are to be excluded from the report.

Click "Remove"

Click the drop down on \* Category

Click "(All Column Values) or particular category desired for the report.

At the bottom of the report, click "Export"

Click "TTI Activity by Account"

Click "Enable Editing"

Click "G" to highlight entire column

Hold down the ctrl key and click "I" to highlight the entire column

Click "Comma Style"

At the bottom of column G and I, use the =SUM formula to calculate the totals of each column

Type "GRAND TOTAL" to the left of column G's total. Ensure there is no variance between the 2 columns.
