How to Purchase Publications

This guide provides a step-by-step process for purchasing publications from the New Hampshire Municipal Association's website

Navigate to [https://www.nhmunicipal.org/](https://www.nhmunicipal.org)

Alert! You MUST log in to get the member price for publications.

Click "Log in"

Enter your user name (email) and password.

Click "Login"

Click "Store"

Click on the publication you wish to purchase.

Tip! Supplements are always free to members. When you purchase a book, please check to see if a supplement is available and add that to your cart as well.

If the publication is available both digitally and as a hard copy publication, you will see a drop down menu. Choose your option. If there is no drop down, there is only one option.

Click "Add to Cart"

Click "Store" to go back to the store and add more publications, otherwise skip down to Step 16

Click the next publication that you wish to purchase.

Tip! In this example there is no drop down. This publication is only available as a digital publication.

Click "Add to Cart"

Click "Store" to choose more publications.

Click on the next publication

Tip! In this example you are choosing a hard copy book. You will see the price change on the left of the screen when you choose the new option. You also can see that you are logged in because you see the regular price and your member price.

If you wish to get a hard copy book, Click this dropdown to choose the hard copy.

Click "Submit"

When you are ready to check out, Click "View Cart"

Click "Checkout"

Alert! If you order physical books, we will not ship them until we receive payment.

Choose your payment option. You can choose to be invoiced, or you can pay by credit card. You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

Click "Continue to Review"

Click "Pay and Complete Purchase" even if you chose to be invoiced.

Alert! If you purchased digital downloads, you will receive an email with links for the publications you purchased. If you purchased both physical books and digital downloads, there may be a delay of a few days before we review and release your digital publications. If you need the digital versions quickly, you can place two separate orders so that you get your digital publications right away.

You will get a confirmation message.
