How to: Purchase and complete your Vaulting Prerequisite Modules

Follow these steps to assist you in purchasing the prerequisite modules required to start your Vaulting Coaching Pathway. This includes the Associate Vaulting Lunger and the Level 1 Associate Vaulting Lunger which will be available shortly.

Navigate to your EA Account and go to the Membership Tab

Click on "Coaches + Add"

Click on "Coaching Prerequisites" Please NOTE you will not see the Coaching Pathway Tab until you have completed your Coaching Prerequisites, this only becomes visible once you have completed the requirements to become a coach.

Tick "Vaulting "

Click "Vaulting" on the tick box list, this will pull the Vaulting information through.

Click "Introductory AVL workbooks" to purchase the Associate Vaulting Lunger Workbooks.

Click "Add" to add the resources to your basket.

Click the + sign to add the number of resources you would like to purchase to your basket.

Click "Proceed to checkout" unless you need to add more resources to your basket, then click "Add More"

Click "Pay with Card"

Click the "Pay" button

Click "Admin Pay"

You will see the confirmation below.

Click "Coach Search page" to find a Coach Educator.

Click "Upload" to add your assessment checklists for approval.

Click on the relevant Assessment Checklists either individual or 1-6 (All of them).

Complete your "Coach Educator Name in box 1"

Add your "Coach Educator EA Number in field 1"

There is an option to add a second Coach Educator to your Assessment checklist upload if required.

Click "Drag file(s) here or click to upload" to add your Assessment Checklist's or documents needed for Assessment.

Click "Save" to save all your Assessment Uploads.

Your Assessment Uploads will show as Pending in Yellow until they have been approved by the Coaching Team.

They will turn green once they have been approved.

Click "Claim" to access your Associate Vaulting Lunger Certificate.

Click "Save"

Your Certificate application will show Pending in yellow until it has been approved by the coaching team.

Once your certificate has been approved it will show as green on your profile.

Click "Finish" at the bottom of the page once your tasks are complete.

How to find your certificate on your EA Profile - Click "PROFILE"

Click the "Credentials" tab and it will show al your certificates and courses you have attended on your profile.

Please NOTE that the Level 1 Associate Lunger Module is in development and will be available to access soon.
