How to Purchase the TripArmor® plan Online

Step by step guide to filling out a TripArmor online application.

Navigate to <https://triparmor.missiontripinsurance.com/purchase>Click "Start My Quote"

Click the Trip Departure Date box and enter your start date. Then click the Trip Return Date box and enter the date you return. Click the green NEXT button.

Click the "Yes" field that you will need coverage in the USA if this is your home country. Click the green NEXT button.

Click the "No" field if you do not want trip cancellation (would like our $33 Post Departure Plan). Click "Yes" if you want the price for additional premium to include Trip Cancellation. Click the green NEXT button.

For individuals, Click "Add Primary Insured" and enter your information. Then click the blue GET QUOTE Button. \ For GROUPS, Click "Open Spreadsheet Import Tool" and follow the next few steps.

Click on the blue link labeled "Click here to download the spreadsheet import template." An excel file will be saved in your downloads file. Open that file labeled "TripArmor-Team-Import" and enter all your travelers information. Please keep every individual labeled as "Primary" under the Type column. Make sure all birthdates have it configured as mm/dd/yyyy. Add the Trip Cost if doing Trip Cancellation, or add $0 if doing the Post Departure plan. Save your file on your desktop or an easy place to find. Then move onto step 7 for "Begin Import."

Click "Begin Import"

Click "Select file"

If you have multiple pages/multiple groups in one excel file, select the excel page you want to process. Note: Each group traveling must have the same trip dates to process at the same time. \ \ Click "Next". The screen will prompt you to keep selecting "Next" as it checks all your columns of information for accuracy. If there is an error, it will show up highlighted for you to fix. Otherwise, continue clicking Next until you get to the pre-quote screen.

Click "Get Quote"

Double check the policy you would like to purchase. The Post Departure Plan will show up as $33 per person. The Trip Cancellation plan will be another option in the list if you clicked Yes in the previous steps. Click the Green "Buy Now" button.

Click the "Sponsoring Organization" field. Type "Your name or church/organization goes here."

Scroll all the way down and Click "Next"

Fill out the contact information for yourself if an individual traveling or the team leader information if traveling with a group. Once all boxes are completed, Click "Next"

You should see a Plan Summary page, which includes the cost for all travelers. Scroll all the way down and Click "Next."

Enter all Payment Information on this screen. Scroll down and checkmark the box that you accept the terms. If there is an additional Guardian/parent box after the terms, you may need to Add the word "Parent" into the box and then checkmark that you accept the terms. Add your digital signature by typing in your name, Click "Complete Purchase." A confirmation page will appear and you should also receive an email with all your plan Information and ID cards.
