Navigate to [https://ams.greenville.k12.sc.us/](https://ams-qc.greenville.k12.sc.us/)

Click "Non-GCSD Staff".

Click "Reclaim Account".

Click the "Yes" field.

Click the "Username" field.

Search for the contractor's **'nd'** number and click the magnifying glass icon.

If the account is found you will see the green success message at the top.

When you have entered all information click the Request Access button to reclaim the account.
