How to Record Payments on Squeegee
In this tutorial you will see how to record payments on your Squeegee account.

For this example, I will go to the Owing list but you can also record payments from the Customer Finance tab by clicking the pink three dots > Payment.

Select the customer you would like to record the payment for, this will then open the payment page where you can record the details.

Now you can select either 'Total Balance', 'Unpaid Invoices' or 'Other Amount'.

Since we will be recording the payment in this example, click into 'Record'.\ You can then select which payment method they have paid you by.

(You can also record tips from this view as well).

You can then select which payment account this has gone into.

Then click 'Record £X as Bank Transfer'.

You can now view this payment record in the customer finance tab.

And you can view details of this record by clicking into it, and even 'Cancel Payment' if it was recorded by mistake.
