How to Register Your Organisation for a TTBizLink Account

This user guide provides the steps to register your organisation (business or company) for a TTBizLink Account. Your account must first be registered before you can proceed to apply for e-Services and assign members to your organisation. After you submit your application it will be reviewed by TTBizLink and you will receive a notification email with a decision.

Click the down arrow on the left hand menu.

Three options are presented. These are: Account Settings, Switch Organisation and Log Out. Click Account Settings.

A sub-menu is now displayed with four sections. These are: Account Info, Signature, Password and Organisation. To view the organisation section click "Organisation".

Organisation information details are displayed including the organisations Owned, Member of and Default Organisation. Click "Create Organisation" to create your new organisation.

The Section Code and Type of User details are displayed. Use the group Code drop down to select the type of organisation.

In the example below we selected RGD Company. Click "Next" to view the fields for completion.

Eleven sections are displayed in the sub-menu for completion. First select the "Organisation Information" section. Complete all mandatory fields.

Next select the "Organisation Information Document" section to upload the business registration documents such as Business Registration or Company Incorporation Certificate and BIR Certificate. In the example below we will upload a Company Incorporation Certificate and BIR Certificate.

Next select the "Authorised Company Representative" section. Here you will add primary and secondary decision makers.

To add an Authorised Representative, click "Add". If you are the authorised representative check the box to populate your details in the form.

Complete mandatory fields then Click "Add"

Click "Primary Decision Maker Documentation"

Click "Primary Decision Maker Documentation" section. Upload identification documents for the person identified as the primary decision maker in the previous section. At least two forms of valid identification documents must be uploaded.

Please note that a Secondary Decision Maker is not mandatory. If you do not require a Secondary Decision Maker please skip 15.

To add a Secondary Decision Maker, click "Add" and enter the relevant details.

Next click the "Assigned e-Service" section to view the e-Services available to the company by default.

Section 16 – 20 only applies to Customs Clerks and Brokers who require e-Goods Declaration access. Navigate to section 20, if not applicable.

Next click "Requested e-Service" section. This is optional. Complete only if you require additional e-Services not automatically assigned in the previous section. In the screen below e-Goods Declaration is an optional e-Service which may be available to the business.

Once the e-Service is selected, enter the applicable Declarant No.

Click the button to select and to upload the required files. Declarants of Grade II, III or Broker are to upload their valid Customs Badge/Receipt in the Customs Badge field. If you are operating under another declarant’s badge number, you are required to upload a valid Declarant Customs Badge, Declarant National ID and Declarant Authorisation Letter. Once completed move to the next section.

Click the Additional Documentation section to upload any additional supporting documentation as required.

Click the Notification section to view the fields to be completed. Enter notification details as applicable. Click the checkbox "Same as user details" if notification details are the same as those provided in the User Information section. Once completed move to the next section.

Click the Disclaimer Documentation section to view the fields to be completed.

Upload a signed Terms and Conditions Agreement document. To access the Terms and Conditions Agreement click on the Terms and Conditions Agreement link. Carefully review the Terms and Conditions, print, physically sign and re-upload the document.

After uploading, click the check box to confirm agreement with the Terms and Conditions Agreement. Once completed move to the next section.

Next click on the Summary section to review all information entered.

If there are no changes, click "Submit".

A confirmation message is displayed to indicate the application is submitted and a reference number is provided.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to the notification e-mail provided after the application has been submitted. Another e-mail will be sent after the new account has been approved by ttconnect.
