How to: Register as an International Competitor & Purchasing a Guest Competitor Licence

This guide applies to international athletes who wish to compete in Australia. Guest Competitors are eligible to purchase a competition licence with a validity period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. In addition, Guest Competitors may register their horse in the state where they will be competing in order to obtain a competition licence. ### Access the EA Portal Go to <https://equestrianaustralia.justgo.com/>

### Create an Account Click **“Sign Up.”**\ As a Guest Competitor, you will still need to create an account in order to compete in Australia.

### Enter Your Details Fill in your personal information as requested on the sign-up form. Make sure all details are accurate, as these will be used for your competition records.

**Address**\ Enter the **address** where you will be based in Australia. *Note:* This should be your **residential address** or the **competition base address** you will use while in Australia.

**Are you linked to an affiliated club?**\ Select **I am an international athlete**. This will register you as a **Guest** in the system. *Note:* Guest registration allows you to compete in Australia without being linked to a local club.

**Select your State or Territory**\ Choose the **State or Territory** where you will be competing. You can add **multiple States**, so please select all that apply.

Once you have made your selections, click **Done**. *Tip:* Selecting all relevant States ensures you are covered to compete across Australia.

**Add an extra State**\ To add another State, click **Add** and follow the same steps as above.

Click "Sign Up"

**Complete your registration**\ After completing the above details, click **Sign Up** to finalise your registration.

**Set your communication preferences**\ Select your **communication preferences**, then click **Accept & Continue** to proceed.

**Welcome to your account**\ From here, you can purchase a **Guest Competitor Licence** and manage your **horses** if you have brought them to compete in Australia. To purchase a **Guest Competitor Licence**, click **International**. This will take you to your **membership options**.

**Choose your membership**\ In **Membership**, use the arrows to scroll through the options and select the membership that is right for you. **Guest Competitor Licences** can be purchased for a minimum of **1 month** and a maximum of **12 months**.

**Select your membership**\ After finding the membership you would like, click on the **tile** to select it and proceed.

**Complete your details**\ Fill out all required fields with your information.

**Add licence details**\ Click **Add** to begin your Guest Competition Licence application. This will open a screen where you can fill out the additional required details.

**Enter licence details**\ Provide the **start date** for your Guest Competition Licence. You will also need to enter: - Your **National Federation number** - A **permission letter** Once complete, click **Save** to continue.

**Pending approval**\ Your **Competition Licence** will display as *Pending Approval* until it has been approved by the **FEI Liaison**. Please ensure you check the **consent tick boxes** and acknowledge the **processing timeframes** of your application. Once completed, select **Finish**

**Proceed to cart**\ Click **Yes, Proceed to Cart** to continue to checkout.

**Make a payment**\ Click **Pay with Card** to proceed with payment.

**Enter payment details**\ Fill in your **card details**, then click **Pay** to complete your purchase.

**Payment confirmation**\ A confirmation email will be sent to your registered account email. If you need a copy of your receipt, select **Download PDF Receipt**.

**Congratulations!**\ You now have a **Guest Competition Licence**. You will receive an email once your application has been approved by Equestrian Australia’s **FEI Liaison**.
