Click "Application Portal"

Click "Register for an Account"

Enter your email and click "Next"; then you'll be emailed a temporary password

Check your email for your temporary password

Return to the login screen and enter your temporary password; then click "Next"

Fill in your name and birthday and click "Next"

Create a new password and click "Next"

Chose the security code option (preferred) and click "Next"

Check your email for the security code

Enter the code and click "Submit" (each time you sign in you'll receive a new code)

Click "Start New Application"

Find the application that applies to you and click "Expand"

Click "Select this Application"

Complete all required fields in the application

Upload a photo that will be displayed on your license and click "Save & Continue"

Complete the attestation and click "Save & Continue" to complete the registration

**STOP! You've finished.** \*If you need to renew/pay your license, continue to Step #20, otherwise you may close out of the registration. It will automatically save

**ONLY** proceed to pay if you need to renew your license **or** it's your first time paying for your license. Click "Payment" to proceed
