Navigate to your order confirmation email or visit [here ](https://www.californiapolicechiefs.org/events/technology-conference-2026-sponsors)to register your representatives. Copy and paste the promo code "TECHSPONSOR26".

Make sure you are logged into the **purchaser's CPCA account.** Click "Register Now".

Select the number of badges needed. Two badges are included and additional can be purchased if desired.

Click "Continue".

Enter names of representatives and fill out necessary information. Please ensure your representatives also have a CPCA account.

Click "Continue" once all information has been entered.

Click into the "Promo Code" box. Copy and paste "TECHSPONSOR26" to receive two complimentary badges. If more than two badges are needed, pay here via Invoice, Credit/Debit Card, or ACH.

Click blue arrow to apply promo code. This will remove payment for two badges.

Check Event Policy Agreement and Click "Complete Registration". Confirmation emails will be sent to representatives. Please email [Kennedy Higgs](https://mailto:khiggs@californiapolicechiefs.org) with any changes or cancellations.
