How to Register with the Express Provider Portal (For New and Returning Providers)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to register with the Express Provider Portal for both new and returning training providers. It covers everything from accessing the portal to setting up your individual account and password.

Click "For Training Providers"

Click "Register for the Express Provider Portal"

Click the "Register" button or "New to Training Provider Portal? Register" link. This will take you to our registration page where you will have the opportunity to setup your new username and password for the Portal.

Alert! If you were a training provider that had approved courses with the Express Program *prior* to November 2023, your TrainingPro login credentials will **not** work with our new system. The following steps will allow you to get connected with our new system, obtain an updated username/password, and access your pre-existing courses

Registration Page- About Your Organization

Enter your Legal Business Name (as located on tax documents). If you are a sole proprietor, you can enter your name, and enter your DBA, if applicable.

Select your Entity Type

Enter your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), as listed on your Form W-9 (*you will have to add your W-9 in a later step*)

Tip! If you are a sole proprietor that does not have a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), you will have the option to enter your Social Security Number (SSN). Please note that SSN's are **not** viewable to program staff and kept securely stored within our system.

Enter your physical address (Street, City, State, Zip Code)- This address does not need to be based in Massachusetts

Enter Phone Number- this will only be used if a member of our team needs to get in contact with you regarding your course(s)

Enter your website page for your organization. We require a website link- if you do not have a website link, a LinkedIn page for you would also be acceptable.

Click the "Upload Files" to upload a copy of your most recent W-9 for your organization

Check off the target industries you train (you can click more than one)

Select the number of employees employed by your organization

Enter the date your training operation began

Check off the languages your training can be delivered in (*you will have the opportunity to enter the specific languages individual courses can be taught in*)

Answer Business Diversity Certification questions- If you select "Yes" to any of the questions, you will have the opportunity to enter specific SDO certification types, and upload SDO certificates, if applicable.

Once all fields have been filled out, and you have confirmed all entered data is accurate, click "Next"

Registration-Setting up Your Individual Account

Alert! If you entered a FEIN or SSN that is already on file in our system, you will receive the screen view shown in the next step. **If you are a NEW provider, you can skip to STEP 20**

***Only for returning training providers*** Once you have confirmed the Name, EIN, and address match your organization (*if the address is outdated, that is OK, we can update that for you*), click the radio bubble to the left of your organization name.

***Only for returning training providers*** Click "Confirm"

Tip! If you are a returning training provider, or have had courses approved with us in the past, and you **don't** get the screen as shown above, you have either entered your FEIN incorrectly, or we have the wrong FEIN on file. Before continuing, please email us at [express@commcorp.org](mailto:express@commcorp.org) to rectify the FEIN issue.

*For Returning & New providers* **Setup your login** 1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and the Email address you wish to have associated with your account. 2. Enter your Phone Number (this will not be shared with prospective grantees) 3. Click "Save"

You will receive a note the indicates your registration is completed. The final step is to setup your password for your account. Check your inbox of the email address you registered with for an email with directions to setup your password.

Subject line of the email should read "Welcome to the Express Provider Portal! Set your password now." If you did not an email, try checking your spam/junk folders. If you still have no luck, email the Express Team for additional assistance.

Click the link to set your password. *Please note your username (part of username below redacted for security).*

Tip! All usernames for the Express Provider Portal will be the email address you registered with PLUS ".commcorp". For example, if you registered with express@commcorp.org, your username would be express@commcorp.org.commcorp

Enter your password according to the directions outlined.

Click "Change Password"
