How to Register your Team and Participants for the State Championships

Select the Home module in the top right corner

Select the Teams module

Select the Year "2024"

Select the Competition "Spring Arkansas State Championships"

Step 1: Add in and Register your Team

Select "Action" and then "Create Team"

Type in the "Team Name" and Select the "Age Group" of the Team\ **⚠️ WHEN NAMING THE TEAM PLEASE FOLLOW THE NAMING CONVENTION - \ CLUB INITIALS/BIRTH YEAR/GENDER INITIALS (for example:** EU2013B)\ \ Then Select "Add Team"

Select the check box on the Team/s

Select "Action" and then Select "Bulk Register Teams"

Select the Competition "Spring Arkansas State Championships"

Select the Membership Product "Competitive Player - Player"

Select the checkbox "Do not ask participant(s) registration questions"

Select Team/s into the "Age Group" they are being registered into and then Select "Next"

Select "Next"

Select the checkbox you've read the "Terms and Conditions"

Select "Continue"

Select the method payment option either Direct Debit (ACH) or Credit/Debit Card\ \ And Select "Submit"

Go to the Arkansas website to ensure you have read the competition rules, format and policies

Step 2: Add in and Register your Participants

Select "Action" and "Import"

Select "Download Template"

Fill in the template with all your Players, Coaches, and Managers details

Select the saved template in your files

Select "Upload"

Select the checkbox on the Participants

Select "Actions" and then "Bulk Register Participants"

Select the Competition "Spring Arkansas State Championships"

Select the Membership Product "Competitive Player"

Select Participants into the "Age Group" they are being registered into and then Select "Next"

Click "Continue"

Select "Submit"

Step 3: Add in your participants requirements

Select the participants "Name"

Select "+ Add Photo" (for players and non players)

Upload the participants headshot

Select "Risk Management" (for players only)

Select "Edit" on the requirement

Upload the birth certificate

Select "Submit"

It will now be the state for review and approve

In the teams module you can see requirements required and there statuses\ \ Pending = the requirement is pending upload\ Orange exclamation mark = the requirement is uploaded but pending review\ Green check mark = the requirement has been approved\ Red cross mark = the requirement has been declined

Step 4: Assign the participants into the team

Select "Exl. Assigned" this will show any participants not in a team yet

Select the check box on the participant

Select the participants drag and drop them into team on the right

You will now see the count go up in the team

If you need to unassign a participant from a team, You select the number

Select "Unassign" and "Save"

You will then see the participant show on the left hand side as not in a team
