How to register your group for the NAGC Annual Convention

This step-by-step guide will lead you through the steps to register your group for the NAGC Annual Convention. You can use these steps to register your group and invoice your organization/school district at the end. If you need a quote or have any questions, please email nagc@nagc.org.

Navigate to [https://www.nagc.org/](https://www.nagc.org/)

Select your name or sign in on the top right of the screen.

Click "People" on your member compass tab.

All of your group members need to be listed within your organizations ***People*** tab. If you do not have the ***People*** tab listed on your account and you are the primary person to register attendees, please reach out to [nagc@nagc.org](mailto:nagc@nagc.org) to ensure that you are given management access. - To help speed up this process, ***please list the names and email addresses of all staff members to be added to your group.*** When ready, continue through the following steps to ensure all your members are listed on the ***People*** tab. Once complete, go to step 7 to continue with registering.

Click "Add Person"

Click "Save" Repeat for all members that you want to register or make sure they are already attached to the account.

Under "Programs" select "Annual Convention"

Click "Learn More" under "Annual Convention"

Click "Registration"

Click "Register Now"

Click the dropdown menu to select **EVERYONE** that you want to register.

Once you've selected all your attendees, select "***Continue***"

Quantity rates are available next to the individual tickets on this page. Please be aware that to receive the quantity discount, you need to have registered that many for that specific ticket to receive the discount. Regarding the member and nonmember rates, please be aware that NAGC offers individual and group memberships. Please go to <https://www.nagc.org/group-school> to view the **group** membership or purchase **individual** memberships for each person **FIRST** by going to <https://www.nagc.org/membership> .

Select any pre cons for your group attendees (optional). \**These are available for purchase later if desired. Answer as many fields as possible for each attendee.

Click "Continue"

Repeat till everyone in your group is registered.

Select "Invoice" or pay with a credit/debit card. Ensure that the **Bill To** information is set to the right account if selecting "invoice".

Click "I/We agree to the Event Policy." then select "complete registration".

If you have not already sent us the PO for this order, please send that to [nagc@nagc.org](mailto:nagc@nagc.org) immediately or as soon as possible. **We ask that all POs or payment are completed within 14 days of registration. If we do not receive payment or a PO within this time, your registration may be cancelled.** Thank you!

How to Add a Pre Con or Guest Pass to an Existing Registration

Navigate to your Member Compass >>> My Events >>> Edit Registration

Once you're on the main registration page, you'll see the group members names that you want to add tickets to and be sure they are all selected similarly to how you registered them before. \*A group member can add a pre con or guest pass themselves as well ***(available after September 15)*** You will see a message saying you are already registered ***but you'll still select the people you want to add a ticket to and then select "continue"***
