How to: Renew your Membership

This guide explains how to renew your EA membership through the EA platform. If you require further assistance, please contact help@equestrian.org.au or your local state branch.

**Log in to your account**\ To renew your membership, you must first sign in to the **EA Platform**. ***Haven't logged in before?*** See the guide [How to: First Time Logging In As An Existing EA Member](https://scribehow.com/viewer/How_to_Get_started_with_your_EA_account_on_JustGo__-79ZWhtETCe2ZisV2Cn7IA?referrer=documents)

**Renew your membership**\ Under **My Profile**, select **Renew**. \ \ This will take you to the screen where you can renew the same membership you held in the previous year.

**Select your membership** 1. Your previous membership will be automatically selected. If you want to change your membership type, simply select the **membership tile** you prefer. 2. Proceed to fill in all details linked to your membership. *Need help choosing the right membership?*\ Contact your **State Branch** and they can assist you with the membership that best suits your needs.

**Choose your payment option**\ If you wish to pay your membership in instalments, select **Instalment**. Select **One Off** if you prefer to pay your full membership amount at once. ***Note:*** *The EA fee must be paid upfront, even when choosing instalments.* When you have made your selection, click **Finish**.

**Proceed to cart**\ When you are ready to continue, select **Yes, Proceed to Cart**.

**Review your cart and pay**\ Here you will see the **State** and **EA** breakdown of your fees. When you are ready to continue, select **Pay with Card** to make your purchase.

**Make your payment**\ Fill in your **card details**, then click **Pay** to complete your purchase.

**Enter payment details**\ Fill in your **card details** and select **Pay** at the bottom of the screen to complete your purchase. You will be offered the option to **download a payment confirmation**. Otherwise, you will receive a **payment confirmation email**. ***Note:*** *If you don’t see the email, check your **junk** or **spam** folder.*

**Download payment confirmation**\ Select **Download a PDF Receipt** if you wish to keep a copy for your records.
