How to Request a Virtual Wallet payment from a Booker Profile

The Virtual Wallet allows you to request and store large deposits and prepayments, which can be used for future reservations and expenses. This is particularly useful for corporate bookings, weddings, and group events that require upfront payments. Unlike traditional payments, Virtual Wallet funds are not tied to a specific reservation—instead, they act as a flexible balance that can be applied to future stays, add-ons, or in-stay services as needed.

How to Request a Large Deposit or Prepayment

Navigate to the **View Balances** page in the booker profile.

Click **Request Payment** at the top of the page.

Enter the amount to be requested (e.g., a wedding deposit) and confirm the booker’s email and language.

Click **Send** to send the request email.

The booker will receive an email with a secure payment link to pay the virtual wallet request payment online.

Handling Manual Prepayments (Bank Transfer or EFT)

If the booker chooses to pay via EFT or bank transfer, follow these steps

Once the payment is received, scroll down to the **Payment History** section of the Booker Profile.

Click here to add a manual payment to the virtual wallet balance.

Manually add the payment to reflect it in the booker’s virtual wallet balance.

If an overpayment occurs, you can manually record a refund and process it through your bank or payment provider.
