Navigate to [https://taps.stanford.edu/space/](https://taps.stanford.edu/space/)

Click "SPACE CALENDAR" to check the calendar for availability.

You can use "filters" to narrow down your search to a specific room, or several rooms.

Click "All Locations" and type in the room(s) you'd like to look at. If you're unsure of which room would work look at <https://taps.stanford.edu/space/#spacelist> for a list of spaces and how they can be used

Type the room number or space name to show it on the drop down menu

Click the room field.

After checking that it is available, Click "THIS form"

Fill out all questions on this form (must be logged in with your @stanford.edu account to access this form.)

Click "Submit"
After your reservation is reviewed you will get either an approval or denial email with more information about your reservation.
