Click "Forgot Password?"

Enter your email address and click "Continue »"

Click the "Security Answer?" field and enter the answer to your security question.

Click "Send New Password »"

Check your email for an email from the ABLE Commission.

Copy your temporary password.

Switch to tab Accela Citizen Access"

Click "Home"

Click "Sign In/Log In"

Click the "Password:\*" field and enter the temporary password received in the email.

Click "Sign In"

Click the "Temporary/Old Password:" field and enter the temporary password you just received.

Click the "New Password:" field and enter a new password.

Click the "Confirm Password:" field and reenter your new password.

Click "Submit »"
