Go to your Direct Ordering page, and Click "**Sign in or sign up**"

Click "**Forget your password?**".

Enter the registered email address in the "**Email**" field.

Click "**Submit**"

You will receive an email to reset the password at the registered email address. Click on the reset password link in the email.

Add a new password and confirm it. The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one letter, one number, and certain special characters. Then, click "**Submit**"

A "Success!" confirmation will appear where you can click on the prompt "Click here to log into your account" to log back in using your updated password.
