Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, then you can rest it via the login page. The login page is the one which looks like the below. It can be accessed by adding '/destinationcore' to the end of the main website URL. ***(EXAMPLE: 'yourdestinationwebsite.com/destinationcore')***

Click the 'Forgot password?' link underneath the password field.

After you have clicked 'Forgot password?' you will be sent to a screen which looks like the below, simply input you email address...

... and click the 'Reset password' button. A link to reset your password will be emailed to the address you input into the email field, provided that you have an account associated with that email address.

Activating your account

Tip! You can also use the 'Forgot password?' facility to activate an account which has not yet been activated. If you've previously been sent an account activation email which has a link that has expired, then using the 'Forgot password?' method to get your account set up is quick and easy - just follow the steps above.
