As an Admin User click "Reports"

Click "Distributor Rebate Credit Batches"

Click "Declined Credits"
How to Change Distributor

Click on the Distributor Name

Select the Distributor option from the drop down menu.

Click "Save Distributor Selection"
Once you save the new distributor selection, it will automatically remove the redemption from the Decline section.
Changing the distributor on the redemption does not change the distributor on the program.
Change Redeemed Item

Click "Change Redeemed Item"

Select the new item from the drop down menu.

Click "Save Item Change"

Click "Resubmit"

Click "Resubmit for Credit"
Change Distributor Account Number

Click the Acct # link

Enter the number into the field.

Click "Save Account Number"

Click "Resubmit"

Click "Resubmit for Credit"
