How to Run and Export Academic Assessment Reports in Anthology Planning

Navigate to the main landing page in Anthology Planning for your academic program.

I'm using the BS in Health Informatics as an example. Note that for this particular academic year, each of the plan items (SLOs and Update and Action Plan) has been marked as "Completed" or "Not scheduled for assessment". This is a key step in formatting the report, as only items that have been "Completed" during that academic year will be included in the report.

Click "Reports"

Because this is an Academic Program, you'll use the "Academic Program Annual Assessment Report.

Click on "View Report". (Note that the dates currently default to AY 23-24, but the date range can be changed in the next step.)

If you want to run and save the report for the AY shown, you can click "View Report". If you would like to change the date range for the report, click "Customize Dates".

If you are customizing the dates, the starting month and day should always be July 1st (07/01) and the ending month and day should always be June 30th (06/30). You should only need to change the year. You can run the report for a single academic year or multiple academic years.

Once you've set the dates for your report, click "View Report". This will generate an HTML report from all the applicable plan items for the period(s) you specified.

If you want to print the HTML report or save it directly as a .pdf file, click "Print".

If you would like to download the file as a .docx file, click "Word Export".
