How to Schedule an Career Counseling Appointment

Follow this guide to easily book a career counseling session with your Career Counselor through the Ed Fund learner portal. You will learn how to select an available time slot and input your personal details to finalize your appointment request.

Navigate to <https://edfund.my.site.com/learners/s/> You will see your assigned Ed Fund Career Counselor's name, email and phone number

Click "Schedule Appointment"

Click "Appointment type: phone or video appointment

Select the month/date to see availability

select available time

Click "Next"

Click the "First Name*" field.

Enter your first and last name

Click the "Phone Number\*" field.

Enter your phone number (cell number recommended)

Click on which programs/subjects you want to speak with your counselor

Click the "Please share anything specific you'd like to discuss during our appointment. Helpful details include your enrolled program, expected graduation date or career interests. \* and add any additional details

Click the "Send text messages to" field.

Type your cell phone number

Click "Schedule Event"

Once you hit schedule event, you will receive both an email and text message confirming your appointment and details
