How to Schedule an Event/Meeting in the Calendar Scheduler?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on the "**Calendar Scheduler**" sign on top left of the Dashboard Screen

Inside the Calendar Section, you will see the **Event names** that you created that fit your business

You can customize event names by going clicking the "**Settings**" icon in the top right corner of the calendar

You can customize the name of each event by **clicking the field and typing the event name.** Make sure to tick the box across the field to Activate it

Click on **"Add New Event"**

Click on the "**Subject**" field to state the subject

Click on the "**Start (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm) \*"** to select the Start date & click on "**End (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm)** \*" to select the End date

Click on the dropdown under "**Select a prospect**" to choose the prospect

Click on the **"Email Confirmation**" field to send the email

Click on the **"Some details about the event ..."** field to add details regarding the event

Click on the dropdown under "**Who will be showing?(Select from the dropdown or provide the info below)"** to choose the **individual** who will present during the event on behalf of the **property manager**

Click the "**Send Reminder**" field to send a reminder

Click under **"Number of Event**" field.to write the number of events

Click the **"Remind Me**" field.

Click on **"Save**" to finish up
