How to Search for a Permit in the Offstreet Dashboard
This guide will show you various ways to search for a permit in the Offstreet Dashboard.

Search Permit by Permit Types list

Navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard> Open the "Permits" dropdown menu. Click "Permit Types" Or [[cmd]] + [[k]] to pull up the global search function. Search and click "Go to Permit Types"

On the Permit Types page, you can filter the list by Location or Tenant to narrow your results. You can also use the search bar to find a specific Permit Type by name.

To filter by Location or Tenant, select your desired filter option, then search by location or tenant name. Click “Apply” to view the filtered results.

Click the desired Permit Type to open and view its details.

This will bring you to the Permit List. You can search, filter, or scroll to find the desired permit. Search by License Plate Number, Confirmation Number, or Additional Info (if applicable). Click on the permit to open and view its details.
Search for Permit by Vehicle Lookup

To do a quick search, navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard> Open the "Reporting" dropdown and select “Vehicle Lookup.” Or [[cmd]] + [[k]] to pull up the global search function. Search and click "Go to Vehicle Lookup"

Select a **Location** filter from the dropdown. You can narrow your search further by **Tenant**, or select “All Locations” to perform a quick global search across all locations. *Note: Make sure “Include Permits” is selected, since you’re searching for a permit.*

Select a **Lookup By** filter to choose how you want to search. You can search by License Plate Number (recommended), Confirmation Number, Additional Information, or Registration Code.

Enter the search details based on your selected Lookup By filter. In this example, search by License Plate Number (e.g., ABC123). Once the matching record appears, click the permit to open and view its details.
Search for Permit on a Tenant-Level

Navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard> Open the "Company" dropdown and select “Tenants.” Or [[cmd]] + [[k]] to pull up the global search function. Search and click "Go to Tenants"

On the Tenants page, you can filter the list by Location to narrow your results. You can also use the search bar to find a specific Tenant by name.

Click the desired Tenant to open and view its dashboard.

This will bring you to the tenant's dashboard. From here, click "Permits"

Search and select the desired Location to open and view its dashboard.

This will bring you to the location's dashboard. From here, click "Permits"
