How to Search on TTBizLink

This user guide describes how to use the Simple and Advanced Search tools to find applications in your TTBizLink account.

Click "Search" from the left menu.

Using Simple Search

By default the Simple Search type is selected.

Enter the application reference number and click "Search".

Applications matching the reference number are displayed. Click on the Reference Number link to open the application.

Using Advanced Search

Click the "Advanced Search" radio button to view and search criteria.

Click the Application Type dropdown list to narrow your search.

Click the Status Type dropdown list to narrow your search.

In the case of Goods Declaration, additional search options are available.

Enter the criteria and click "Search". In the example below were are searching for all approved applications for a Certificate of Origin for Non-Preferential Markets.

Applications which meet the search criteria are displayed in the search results. Click on the application Reference Number to open an application.

Click "Clear" to remove all search criteria.

Default advanced search settings are displayed again.
