Click "Login"

Click the "Search" field.

Search for customer name [[enter]]"

Click customer name

Check and see if there's a Prevent Access Reason listed on the account

Review and make sure customer has birthday, email, and phone number is accurate and listed on account.

Ensure the address is accurate and up to date.

Review to see if any additional notes show on the account.

Review if customer has any emergency contacts listed on account.

Review Emergency Contacts

Once confirming we have everything we need, click "Store" to begin selling a day pass.

Review the confirmation note and then click OK.

Select your station.

RCN - Day Passes folder.

Select Day Pass.

Click the "Select a customer" field.

Type customer name

Click "LeBron James"customer.

Click "Add to Cart"

Click box for acknowledgement.

Click "Yes"

Click Proceed.

Click a quick-pay option if paying with cash.

Click "Process Now"

Click "View Agreement"

Click "Day Pass Participant Waiver"

Click "Share With Device" and hand iPad to customer.

Make sure customer reviews the waiver and agrees. There's 3 signature fields for the customer to sign.

Once the customer signs the waiver, click "Refresh".
